These guided practices are offered freely to make them available to anyone who has the aspiration to practice mindfulness.  You may not sense the benefit of these practices until making a commitment to practicing one or more of them daily for at least two weeks. 


The practices are not intended to replace a live mindfulness teacher.  If you find you have difficulty with these practices initially or you have difficulty sustaining a mindfulness practice, consider attending a class with a well trained, experienced mindfulness teacher.  Any difficulties we have in life can also show up when practicing mindfulness.  A skilled teacher will be able to guide you with how to work with those difficulties in order to move in the direction of your personal aspirations for inner wellness.
